We are a non smoking establishment, but guests may smoke or vape outside the accommodations
A deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, payable by bank transfer or card as follows:

Balance of payment is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer a week prior to arrival

For our European guests we are more than happy to accept Euros instead of Sterling.
Check in is after 3pm on day of arrival and late arrivals are fine as long as we are notified in advance. We ask that guests vacate by 10.30 on departure day. Early check in at 1pm and Late check out at 12.30 are each charged at £10 per bell tent and £15 per yurt.
Any items damaged are charged at replacement cost.
CANCELLATION BY US AS YOUR HOLIDAY SUPPLIER
We will not cancel your bookings except in the case of Force Majeure. We will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”. Force Majeure means any event beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include warfare and acts of terrorism (and threat thereof), civil strife, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the venue for the weekend or remain at the venue, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport and all similar events outside our control. It is the responsibility of the guest organiser to insure adequate Travel Insurance is in place to cover such circumstances. In the case of Force Majeure deposits will be transferred towards an alternative date in the same year. If the client does not wish to transfer dates then deposit will be forfeit and the suppler will provide a letter for the client to provide to their travel insurance provider to reclaim any losses.
